ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

For items that are listed as 'in stock' or available for immediate purchase, your order will be processed within 1-2 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) of receiving your order confirmation and payment. 

For custom and bespoke items, lead time will vary depending on the design requirements. We will contact you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) of receiving your enquiry and discuss timeframes with you. 

Got an urgent project or gift requirement? Please let us know and we will do our very best to meet your time schedule. 

 

FREE LOCAL PICKUP

• Collection from our workshop in Ferndown, Dorset, is available Monday - Friday. 
• As this is a functioning industrial premise, collection is by pre-agreed appointment times only. 

 

UK DELIVERY

• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
• FREE delivery within the UK for most orders over £75.
• Some larger, heavier items may incur a contribution towards the shipping fee and this will be specified on the product page. 
• UK orders are sent via a tracked courier and usually take 1-3 days from the item leaving our workshop.  

 

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

• For wholesale customers, shipping rates will be determined by the size (volume) and weight of your order. Alternative courier options may be preferable - please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.
